"Descendants of the volunteers? Serbian National Defense Council of America and the Consulate General of Serbia will host a programme dedicated to Serbian volunteers from the USA in WW1. There will be a showcase of the Serbian efforts, photos, and a movie about Milunka Savic, a Serbian war heroine who fought in the Balkan Wars and in World War I, and who may be the most-decorated female combatant in the entire history of warfare!
Special tribute to the present descendants of the Volunteers!
